Shaun commenced employment with Pacer Legal as a solicitor in April 2010 and since then has primarily practised in the area of commercial litigation and dispute resolution. He has worked on various contractual, property, corporate insolvency and estate related disputes. Examples of matters he has been involved with include:

• Disputes arising from contracts for the sale of land;

• Lease disputes involving both commercial property and farming land;

• Applications in the Supreme Court seeking to:

  • Extend the operation of a caveat;

  • Obtain an injunction restraining the sale of goods; and

  • Set aside a statutory demand;

• Claims pursuant to the Family Provision Act 1972; and

• Recovery of debts.

Shaun enjoys a variety of sports including tennis and golf. He also likes heading to the country on weekends when he gets the chance.
